4th and 5th teams 7:00pm – 8:30pm
2nd and 3rd teams 7:45pm meet for
8:00pm – 9:30pm
1st team training 6-7pm Thursdays on the Water and will be joined by the second team on the following weeks:

Juniors (Sand/Water) 6pm – 7pm
Junior coaching starts 11th September and ends
4th December. Re-start 8th January 2008 and ends 18th March 2008.
No training on 23th October 2007 or 19th February 2008. |
